‘LIFE’, Rajagiri Centre for Happiness and Wellbeing
LIFE,Rajagiri center for happiness and wellbeing ensures happiness and satisfaction in students and teachers by creating a Safe Haven, where students feel secure sharing their concerns, and fostering their happiness and optimal functioning. LIFE aims to create an institutional environment that allows students to flourish, foster satisfaction, ease worries and promote meaningful engagements. The mental health workforce at Life offers mentoring, counselling and psychotherapy to students, teachers and other stakeholders to promote students' well-being, prevent emotional breakdown as well as to deal with emotional, behavioral and relationship issues. Life also provides guidance and life coaching to facilitate smooth life transitions and make meaningful decisions. Direct as well as telephonic services are provided here from 10 am to 6 pm on all working days.
