At Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (RCSS), we uphold the pivotal objective of securing promising placements for our graduates. With a proactive approach, the Placement and Career Support cell is dedicated to fostering extensive placement opportunities and career guidance support for our students. Our Career Support system empowers students to make informed career decisions. We offer a range of services, including guest lectures, career counselling, orientation sessions, and industry mentorship as needed.

Final/Summer Placements Process

• Stage 1: Hiring Organizations Share the JD, presentation doc and other relevant detail
• Stage 2: Registration among final year students to identify candidates for the role
• Stage 3: Submitting profiles of candidates to Hiring Organization
• Stage 4: Pre-placement talk; followed by the selection process
• Stage 5: Announcing the results and releasing offer letters
