Shyba Babu is a compassionate and dedicated Social Work professional with a Master's degree in Social Work (Medical and Psychiatry) from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore, and a Master's in Commerce, along with a Bachelor's in Commerce from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. She has completed post-graduate diplomas in International Business Operations, counseling and family therapy, and a certificate in skills for counseling children. With extensive experience as a Project Coordinator for the Trivandrum Social Service Society and the Bangalore Multipurpose Social Service Society, Shyba has coordinated projects supporting disabled children, improving youth mental health, and working with fishermen in coastal areas. As a mental health educator, she has conducted training in various schools and colleges in Bangalore. Her internships at IMHANS, Kidwai Cancer Care Hospital, and the Spastics Society of Karnataka provided practical experience in psycho-social support. Currently a practicing counselor, she engages in projects with the elderly and vulnerable children. Shyba's dedication is further demonstrated by her volunteer work at various conferences and participation in international human rights education and training programs.
