ADMISSION PROCESS
ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY:
Admission to the IMCA Programme shall be open to candidates who have passed the Plus Two/equivalent examination with Computer Science /Mathematics /Statistics /Accountancy /Informatics Practices as one of the optional subjects.
Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply for admission provided they shall produce the proof of qualification on or before the date of admission by the College
MODE OF SELECTION:
Admission to IMCA programme of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous) is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Government norms of admission requirements will be observed in the case of SC/ST and other reserved categories. Additional weightage for students who opted Computer Science /Mathematics /Statistics /Accountancy /Informatics Practices (best of five) at Plus Two will be considered as per the M.G. University norms for admissions.
Bonus marks for NCC, NSS, Ex-servicemen applicants and widows and children of Jawans and Ex-servicemen shall be awarded as per the M.G. University norms for admissions.
RANK LIST:
The rank list of all candidates will be published on the college website and in the college notice board.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Applicants for IMCA Programme can apply online at the college website www.rajagiri.edu. The application fee is Rs 500/-.
The institution has the right to reject an Application that is incomplete or incorrect. Please be aware that ignorance of the guidelines will not be accepted as an excuse. Candidates should make sure that they enter the correct details in the spaces provided in the online application form. You can pay the Non Refundable application fee for the preferred programme through online Payment Gateway option. For Online Payment, Candidates should have a valid Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking facility to proceed further.
