Mr. Noel Simon Roy is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Bharathidasan University, Trichy. He holds a Master's degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, affiliated with the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla, under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala. Additionally, he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He has qualified for the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for the position of Assistant Professor, as well as the Kerala State Eligibility Test (SET). With six years of teaching experience, he has published research articles in Scopus-indexed and UGC-listed journals.
