His industry experience has been mainly with Excel Glasses Ltd,Alappuzha, Fertilizer Corporation of India, Vijaya Bank, Scana Color (India) Ltd. and Aluminium International, Mumbai. His teaching interests are in the area of Human Resource Management. He has done Faculty Development Program (FDP) in Management and Business Studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a Ph.D holder.
