Mrs. Dr. Sangeetha U holds a PhD from the University of Calicut, Kerala. Her doctoral thesis was on the topic “Effectiveness of Emotional Social Intelligence in Inspirational Leadership in Banks in Kerala”. She holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce with specialisation in Financial Management in Government College, Chittur affiliated to University of Calicut in the year 2016 and secured 2nd rank in the University of Calicut. She has completed her under graduation in Commerce with specialisation in Co-operation in Government College, Chittur affiliated to University of Calicut in the year 2014 and secured 10th rank in the University of Calicut. She has qualified UGC NET in the year 2016 and UGC JRF in the year 2018. She has attended several workshops and training programs at international, national and state level. She has published research articles in international and national reputed journals.
