Dr. Jaya Vijayan holds a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from Bharathiar University and an MCA from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. With over 27 years of teaching experience, she has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals and serves as a resource person in Software Engineering and Agile Computing, as well as in Professional Etiquette and Grooming.She has been associated with the Department of Computer Science at Rajagiri for over 22 years, serving in key roles such as Admissions Coordinator, Placement Coordinator, CSTAR Coordinator, and Alumni Activities Coordinator. She served as Dean of Student Affairs (2019–2022) and Dean of the Rajagiri Centre for Professional Studies (2022–March 2025).She currently serves as Head of the Office of Alumni & Stakeholder Engagement and Dean of Student Affairs at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, contributing to alumni engagement, stakeholder relations, and student development initiatives.
