Dr. C.T. Francis, Professor and HOD, received Doctorate in Human Resource management from Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam. Completed his Degree and Post-Graduation from Nirmala College Muvatupuzha and LLB from Govt.Law College Ernakulam. He has more than 25 years teaching experience. He served as assistant professor at K E College Mannanam and Pavanathma College Murickasserry. He was the Head of the department of Management Studies at St. Joseph's College Moolamattom. He was a practising lawyer at District Court Idukki, Thodupuzha.
