Projects/Consultancy/Research:

• Lead the projects of reorganizing, computerising and digitizing several libraries in Kerala.  Prepared project proposals for computerising the library and information services and supervised the projects of various Colleges/institutions such as Govt. Training College, Govt. Law College, St. Thomas College, St Mary’s College, St. Aloysius College, Little Flower College, Guruvayur, Kerala Sahitya Academy and Public Library (all are in Thrissur Dist), Mercy College, Palakkad Dist., Markaz Training College, Malappuram Dist., etc.
• Closely associated with establishing and organizing the University Central Library of KAU.  This is the Central Hub of libraries of all Constituent Colleges, Research Stations and other offices of the University.  Worked as the 2^nd In-Charge of the University Central Library and Head of the Information Technology Division for 08 years and as the Head of the College Libraries for about 10 years.

• As a Statutory Officer & University Librarian of KAU, managed the entire Library and Information System, comprising the University Central Library and Libraries in 10 Constituent Colleges, about 50 Research and Extension Stations, KVKs., and other Offices and Stations of the University; 06 years and 06 months (12-02-2016  to 31-08-2021).  KAU has about 850 teachers/scientists and about 3000 Technical and Non-Teaching Staff.
• Having a total 35 years of academic, teaching and administrative experience in institutions like KAU (University Central Library, College of Horticulture, Veterinary College, Forestry College), DRDO, Kochi; Jawaharlal Nehru College, Lakshadweep; Govt. Medical College, Thrissur and Unique College, Thrissur.
