Yohan has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Kerala University, following which he pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Rajagiri Business School. He spent part of his post graduate programme with the WFI School of Management, Catholic University of Eichstatt-Ingolstadt, in Germany. He also completed a brief internship stint with EY in the year 2018. Following his Post Graduation, he qualified the UGC NET examination in June 2019. As a student, he started doing research in the field of Experiential Marketing. His academic papers were presented at Christ University, Bangalore and Rajagiri Business School Kochi. The papers were also accepted for presentation in the International Conference on Finance, Economics and Management in Berlin, Germany (2018), and the Management Conference of St. Anne’s College, University of Oxford, UK (2019). He is currently pursuing further research on Experiential Marketing and seeks to be the foremost authority on the same in the world.Yohan believes that quality education empowers people, and is adamant in steering the department and the students in learning relevant skills, knowledge and practices that will help them move ahead in life even when they are young. For the same, he believes in employing innovative teaching pedagogy to impart learning to the students.He also focuses on teaching students to be socially sensitive and actively volunteered with Rajagiri during the Kerala Floods in 2018 and also worked with outREACH, Rajagiri’s Social Service Division.
