Sharon is a medical and psychiatry specialized post-graduate in social work, who holds UGC-NET certification of December 2023. She completed her MSW from St. Joseph’s College Autonomous, Calicut, and her BA in Psychology, Literature, and Media studies from Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bangalore. She is an aspiring research scholar whose interest areas include: Movement therapy, Parenting, Yoga, Family and child, life-skill education, and so on. Today, she is a Teaching Associate and Content Writer at RCSS, a freelance Yoga Trainer, and a Zumba Instructor.
