Prof. Dr. T. M. Jacob is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 30 years of experience spanning Statistics, Data Science, Computational Humanities, and Language Research. He brings to Rajagiri College of Social Sciences a rare interdisciplinary perspective that bridges rigorous quantitative methodology with contemporary applications in AI-driven research.

Deeply committed to evidence-based inquiry, Dr. Jacob focuses on applying statistical methods to solve complex, real-world problems across the social, health, and humanities sciences. His specific fields of interest include Biostatistics, Econometrics, Business Analysis, Time Series Analysis, and Predictive Modelling. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Time Series Modelling from the Cochin University of Science and Technology.

He possesses extensive expertise in the development and implementation of research tools, supported by proficiency in a wide array of Mathematical and Statistical software, including Python, R Programming, MATLAB, Wolfram Mathematica, SAS, SPSS, STATA, Minitab, and AMOS, as well as data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio. Driven by a passion for generating innovative ideas, Dr. Jacob is dedicated to devising practical, effective solutions to broadly relevant challenges.
