Jose K Antony is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Commerce and Professional Studies at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous), Kochi, India. Prior to his present professional assignment, Jose was an Assistant Professor with the Discipline of Tourism Studies at School of Business Studies and Social Sciences, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. Jose pursued his Bachelor's in Science programme in Computer Science, Mathematics and Electronics from Christ College (Bangalore University), Bangalore. Having completed his Master’s in Tourism Administration from Christ College (Bangalore University) and his Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing from School of Communication and Management Studies, Cochin, Jose went on to complete his Master’s in Philosophy (Tourism) from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. Jose is a seasoned Academician with more than eight years of experience in teaching postgraduate and undergraduate programmes in Business and Tourism Management. Having extensive knowledge of Linguistics and English Grammar Conventions, Jose has actively participated in continued learning through seminars, workshops, conferences and professional research. In addition to his Teaching Experience, Jose is also IATA Certified and he holds commendable experience of working with the Airline and Travel Industry. His interests in research lie in Marketing Communication, Talent Management, Organizational and Travel Behavior. Presently, Jose is also a Research Scholar in the Doctor of Philosophy (Tourism) programme with School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. Jose K Antony believes in students’ abilities to learn and in their inherent thirst for knowledge in the right environment, and he is actively involved in connecting students to their learning environment so as to transform lives.
