Ms. Aishwarya Paulson is an Assistant Professor at RCSS. She completed her Graduation and Post-graduation from H.P.T Arts and R.Y.K Science College, Pune University, Maharashtra. She qualified NET in December 2018 and Maharashtra SET in 2016. She worked as a Communicative Lecturer in Narayana Hrudayalaya Paramedical College, Bangalore. She later served as an Assistant Professor in Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bangalore. She was actively involved in organizing both International and National Conferences, seminars and served as co-ordinators of different clubs. She has a flair for creative writing and has won awards in state and inter-collegiate levels.
