Indian Statistical Service Examination (ISS): ISS is a national level examination that is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to recruit candidates for various positions in the Indian Statistical Service. The exam consists of two stages, including a written examination and an interview, and evaluates the candidates' knowledge in various areas of statistics, including probability theory, statistical inference, and multivariate analysis.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE): GATE is a national level examination that is conducted to select candidates for admission to postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, and related fields. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions that evaluate the candidates' knowledge in various areas of statistics, including probability, statistical inference, and linear regression analysis.

National Eligibility Test (NET): NET is a national level examination that is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to select candidates for the post of assistant professor or for a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in various universities and colleges in India. Department of Statistics and Information Management (DSIM): The RBI DSIM Exam is a competitive exam conducted by the Reserve Bank of India's Department of Statistics and Information Management for the recruitment of officers in various grades. The exam is conducted in two stages, namely Phase-I and Phase-II. The RBI DSIM Exam is highly competitive, and candidates who wish to appear for this exam must have a strong foundation in statistics, economics, and finance. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills.
