Rajagiri Centre of Excellence for Workplace Happiness & Compliance is a joint initiative of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences and Rajagiri Business School, committed to creating ethical, compliant, and people-centric workplaces. Guided by the Rajagiri values of service, integrity, and excellence, the Centre offers expert training, audits, and consultancy in labour laws, industrial relations, employee well-being, leadership, occupational health, ESG compliance, and women empowerment. With a multidisciplinary team of experienced academics and professionals, RWHC supports corporates, trade unions, contractors, and government bodies in building legally compliant, safe, inclusive, and productive work environments.
