Susanna Sijo is a dedicated academic professional with a profound passion for teaching and a commitment to guiding students through the intricacies of psychology. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC College, Aluva, followed by a Master’s degree from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kalamassery, where she honed her expertise in the field.With extensive experience as a teacher for 11th and 12th graders at Rajagiri Kristu Jayanthi Public School, Susanna has a proven ability to engage students and foster their understanding of complex psychological concepts. Additionally, her role as a student counselor at The Choice School in Thripunithura allowed her to support students in navigating personal and academic challenges, reinforcing her dedication to their holistic development.Susanna's educational philosophy revolves around cultivating a student-centered learning environment that prioritizes critical thinking and creativity. She emphasizes the importance of experiential learning, encouraging students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Her research interests encompass clinical psychology, neuropsychology, substance dependency, personality psychology, and workplace dynamics, reflecting her commitment to advancing the understanding of mental health and human behaviour.
