Salim has 10 years of combined experience in academia and industry with exposure in Marketing, Public Relations, Recruitment, Entrepreneurship and CSR. He is an MBA graduate from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka and pursuing doctoral research in Organisational Effectiveness at ADBU, Guwahati. He has secured a scholarship from WFI School of Management, Germany for a short-term course on ‘Firms in Society’ and has been working as a full-time consultant for start-ups and organisations on projects in CSR and Strategy. He is an associated member of Kerala Management Association and was a member of the expert panel for CSR committee at Confederation of Indian Industries, Kerala. He was deputed to Rajagiri outREACH in November 2018 and has been guiding the team on CSR and Social Impact Assessment projects.
