Dr. Rintle Mathew holds a Ph.D. in Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) affiliated to University of Madras, and an MBA from Christ (Deemed to be) University, Bengaluru. His interdisciplinary academic background includes postgraduate studies in Philosophy, undergraduate studies in Theology, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, where he secured First Rank in his programme.
His research interests include Prosumerism, Consumer Behaviour, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Sustainability Marketing, Agripreneurship, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing 5.0. His doctoral research examined Organic Prosumer Behaviour and its contribution to sustainable development through the Theory of Planned Behaviour. He has published research articles in Scopus-indexed international journals and presented papers at leading national and international conferences, including the International Marketing Conference at the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam.
He has actively participated in numerous faculty development programmes, workshops, and research training initiatives in research methodology, publication ethics, data analytics, structural equation modelling, and higher education pedagogy. He received the prestigious DAAD Scholarship to participate in the WFI International Summer School at the Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany, and successfully completed the Sustainable Development Goals certification offered by the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He is actively engaged in teaching, research, academic administration, student development, internationalization initiatives, and institutional leadership, contributing to academic excellence and sustainable development in higher education.
