Dr. Saji George holds a Ph.D. from MG University School of Management and Business Studies, with a research focus on the intriguing fields of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, specializing in cyber loafing and counterproductive work behavior. He is an MBA graduate from MG University with a specialization in Human Resource Management and a graduate of Loyola College, Chennai. He also holds an additional Postgraduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling from the Indian Institute of Psychological Counseling, specializing in adult psychology. He has an impressive seventeen years of teaching experience at UG and PG levels, coupled with one year of industry experience with Geojit BNP Paribas. He has successfully completed the prestigious Faculty Development Programme from IIM Ahmedabad and qualified UGC NET in 2009.Dr. Saji is also a Zone-Level Certified Trainer in Junior Chamber International (JCI) since 2010 and has taken up several training programs for various corporates. He was the Coordinator and Resource Person for the State-Level Motivation Camp under the Walk With a Scholar Programme, New Initiatives in Higher Education, Directorate of Collegiate Education, Government of Kerala. A prolific academic, he has presented and published several papers in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Social Psychology. His expertise in training extends to numerous corporate and educational initiatives, making him a sought-after resource in the field.
