Dr. Rengarajan Murugesan working at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kerala. Dr. RM completed Postdoctoral Fellow under the CSIR-FIRST scheme at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore. With expertise in entomology, pharmacology, nanotechnology, molecular docking, and toxicology, he has published 27 peer-reviewed research articles, 1 book chapter and 2 books published. He has been honored with the Young Scientist Award (2019). Dr. Rengarajan Murugesan recently submitted two 16S rRNA gene sequences to GenBank: Bacillus cereus strain bac-S-B (PQ804468.1, 941 bp) and Bacillus thuringiensis strain bac-S-A (PQ804471.1, 910 bp)-both sequenced using Sanger dideoxy technology. His research continues to bridge classical zoology (Entomology) with modern molecular and computational approaches for sustainable solutions in agriculture, medicine, and environmental science.
