Arathi Krishna holds a PhD from the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala, India. Her thesis focused on the topic of academic bullying and its consequences. She has over five years of experience in academia as an Assistant Professor in Management. Her current research interests include Workplace Bullying, Employee Silence, and Neurodiversity. She has published articles in several international journals indexed in ABDC and Scopus. She has received Best Paper awards from prestigious conferences like INDAM. Her commitment to continuous learning is reflected in her participation in The Wharton Global Faculty Development Program organised by The Wharton School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
