She also done her Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management and Administration and is currently pursuing her doctoral research at Mahatma Gandhi University. with prior professional experience in reputed organizations such as Cognizant Technology Solutions, Sistema Shyam Teleservices, and Apollo Tyres, this industry exposure informs her pedagogical approach, enabling her to integrate practical insights into academic delivery. She also actively involved in research and academic development, with publications, conference presentations, and participation in faculty development programs.
