Eligibility for MBA
- A pass in any Bachelor's Degree Examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other Universities duly recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for all the parts of examination or a Master's Degree examination with 50% marks in aggregate. (A pass in any Bachelor's Degree examination is needed for SC/ST candidates)
- The degree must be recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University.
- Students completing under graduation program in March-May 2026 are eligible to apply.
Application submission:
The college offers a single, combined application for the MBA, MA in HRM, PGDM, PGDM–International, and IEMBA programs. Candidates may choose the program(s) they wish to apply for. The application fee is ₹1,000.
Selection Procedure
A multi-stage selection procedure is followed for admission.
Upon receipt of the online or duly filled application form, shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Business Awareness Test (BAT). Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email to their registered email ID. Shortlisting will be based on eligibility criteria and entrance examination scores.
Entrance Exams for MBA Admission 2026:
1. Common Management Admission Test (CMAT-2026) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
2. Common Admission Test (CAT-2025) conducted by Indian Institute of Managements (IIMs) during November 2025.
3. Kerala Management Aptitude Test (KMAT)* conducted by CEE & Admission Supervisory / Fee Regulatory Committee for Professional Colleges in Kerala (2026).

A student can attend GDPI only once for 2026-Admissions. However, a candidate can report the scores of more than one entrance exams mentioned in table above.
Verification based on academic and other records will be completed prior to the day of GD-PI. Once your GDPI is scheduled, you need to submit the scanned copy of certificates, marksheets and other documents (as mentioned in GDPI call letter) to the email ID mentioned.
Admission will be based on the marks secured in the entrance test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Rank list will be prepared as per the regulations of the University and guidelines by the State-government/AICTE.
Previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience, non-academic achievements and other similar inputs are considered in shortlisting and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process. You need to upload relevant documents in this regard at the time of submitting the application.

Statement of Understanding for Candidate
I have read, understood and accept the following:
- The application process, eligibility criteria, selection process, and admission process published (given in this page) on the website www.rajagiri.edu or www.rajagiribusinessschool.edu.in
- The college does not authorize any Third Party / Agents / Individuals to apply/offer admission on its behalf. College will not be responsible for applicants being misguided by such individuals/agents /third party on or off-campus either in person or through SMS / Email.
- Responses in the application including marks entry are to be complete and accurate. Any additional information (like results declared on a later date) should be notified to the Office of Admission.
- Roman Catholic Syrian Christian (RCSC) candidates are eligible for reservation as per university guidelines. Candidates belonging to RCSC community need to submit a certificate from parish priest stating that the candidate belongs to RCSC community.
- Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (autonomous) follows regulations with respect to reservations as per the state government and university. Accordingly, if you are an eligible candidate for reservation, you need to submit the required documents at the time of submission of application.
- If I am admitted to the College, I will abide by the rules and regulations of the College and I will do nothing either inside or outside the college that will interfere with its orderly working, discipline and reputation.
- that my entries in the qualification, entrance score as well as religion/caste/community fields will be carried forward for selection process.
- All communication from the college (selection process and results) will be via email to your registered email ID.
- The college reserves the right to change/alter the selection process date/time at any given time during the process.
- Request for change of date/time/venue of GDPI will not be entertained.
- The use of Cellular phones/Scientific calculators, or any other electronic gadgets, blue-tooth etc will not be allowed into the selection process venue.
- Failure to appear for the selection process at the scheduled date and time will be treated as admission process incomplete and such candidates will not be included in the rank-list.
- ‘College’ in this document refers to ‘Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous)’ or ‘Rajagiri Business School’ as the case may be.
- that the Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous) is going to be declared as a ‘Deemed to be University’ and in such an event this application will be treated as an application for admission to Rajagiri Vidhyapeetham (Deemed to be University).
- that if I am admitted to the Deemed to be University, I will abide by the rules and regulations of the Rajagiri Vidhyapeetham (Deemed to be University) and I will do nothing either inside or outside the Deemed to be University that will interfere with its orderly working, discipline and reputation.
