Before assigning as Provincial & Manager of Sacred Heart Province, he was the Faculty of Theology at Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram, Bangalore. He served there as the Registrar and was the Director of the Centre for Study and Research on St Chavara. He was also a member of Academic Council of Christ, deemed to be University and a member of the Permanent Advisory Council of Dharmaram College since 2011. Besides the Ecclesiastical degrees in Philosophy and Theology, Fr Benny is a graduate in English Literature. He had his higher studies in Sacred Theology from Gregorian Pontifical University, Rome with Specialization in Biblical Studies. Apart from teaching, Fr Benny is engaged in the formation of the students to the priesthood as their animator and master in Dharmaram College. Fr Benny has got language proficiencies in a number of languages including Greek, Hebrew, Italian and German languages. He has authored a good number of articles in scholarly journals both in English and Malayalam. As a columnist, poet and lyricist, he regularly contributes to writing and publications. His areas of specialization include Pauline Literature and Theology.

Saju. M.D, Ph.D. is the Principal and Associate professor, at the Department of Social Work of Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous), Cochin, Kerala, and an approved research guide in social work under Mahatma Gandhi University. He is the Director of the International Centre for consortium research in social care (ICRS), which focuses on psychosocial intervention and epidemiological research in various health domains to improve outcomes for patients. He holds honorary fellow positions at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and the University of Edinburgh, Scotland since 2022 and 2023, respectively. He has extensive experience in running funded projects in principal investigator and co-investigator roles. He was the Principal Investigator (PI) of the UKIERI partnership project in collaboration with York University, UK, funded by the British Council and University Grants Commission (UGC), Co-PI of IMPRESS- ICSSR Project, funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India, on public health. His other roles include President of Rajagiri Chapter National Association of Palliative Care for Ayush & Integrative Medicine, Consultant – Sea Wise - Workplace Mental Health Initiative, Cochin Shipyard, Kerala, India, and Director, LIFE - Happiness and Wellbeing Centre, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. He was also the head of the project team that won the State e-Governance Special Jury Award for project Resiliency Engagement and Care in Health (REaCH) under Innovations in COVID Pandemic Management issued by the Government of Kerala in 2022. He has more than 16 years of teaching and is an active researcher with more than 20 publications in high-impact journals. His research interests include Public Health and Mental Health, Disability, Suicide, and Dementia.

Dr. Binoy Joseph has extensive expertise in the areas of Employee Resourcing, Performance Management, Reward Management and HR Accounting and Auditing and his core research interest lies in HRM Innovations. He has had professional experience in the hospitality industry. He has been a Visiting International Scholar at Western Michigan University, USA, and was also engaged in research on Employee Stock Option Plan and Corporate Performance. He has received his doctoral degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology in the topic "Innovative Human Resource Practices and HR Outcomes in Software Firms. He has received the prestigious AUDI Professorship 2013 Fellowship. He made a presentation in Audi Company in Ingolstadt Germany on 'People Management Challenges for German Managers in India'. He also took a course ' International Human Resource Management' for the students in Catholic University, Ingolstadt, Germany.

An engineering graduate with an MBA, he completed FDP from IIM-A, and ESP from Catholic University Lille, France and completed his doctoral research in Neuromarketing. With more than twenty years of experience in value-based marketing and youth ministry, he has been a visiting international scholar at Padua Italy; Vives University, Belgium; Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany; Western Michigan University, USA; Nazareth College, Maryland, USA; and Pontifical Catholic University, Quito, Ecuador.

A post graduate in Social Work with specialization in medical and psychiatric social work, he holds MPhil in Social Work. He is currently pursuing his doctoral research in the area of psycho-social development of children. He has two years of pastoral work experience in the Archdiocese of Toronto, Canada. He has been a visiting scholar in Vives University, Belgium, Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany and Lille University, France. He has more than nine years of experience in professional social work, academics and administration.

He holds Two Master degrees in philosophy and MBA HR. He has M.Phil in Human resource management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He cleared UGC -NET exam.

Prof. Arun Abraham Elias is the Director and Dean of Rajagiri Business School in Kochi, Kerala, India. He has previously held senior leadership positions as the Dean of the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies at Fiji National University and various roles, including Associate Dean (International and Accreditation), and MBA Director at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Academically, Prof Elias is a PhD in Management from Victoria University of Wellington and holds two Master degrees—one in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and the other in Agricultural Engineering from Allahabad University. Prof. Elias has an extensive publication record, with recent articles pertaining to systems thinking, stakeholder analysis, and sustainable supply chain management. Additionally, he has engaged in various academic roles such as being a mentor with AASCB, a panel member of AMBA Accreditation Panel, and a fellow at the New Zealand-India Research Institute. His research and teaching expertise lies in systems thinking and modelling, stakeholder management and environmental conflict management.
