Rev. Fr. Poulose Kidangen CMI is a distinguished religious priest, educationist and administrator of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), currently serving as the Provincial of the CMI Sacred Heart Province, Kochi. He holds an M.A. in Politics and an M.Ed. from the University of Madras and has extensive experience in educational leadership, having served as Principal and Director of several reputed educational institutions, including Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School, Thevara, Chavara Darsan CMI Public School, Koonammavu, and Rajagiri educational institutions. He has also served as Prior of Thevara and as Councillor for Finance and Agriculture of the province. An accomplished speaker, retreat preacher and motivational speaker, Fr. Poulose is committed to spiritual formation, personal development and value-based education. His leadership has contributed to academic excellence, institutional growth and the holistic development of students. He also has a keen interest in agriculture and environmental sustainability, demonstrated through the development of an award-winning eco-garden and bamboo forest at Koonammavu. His life and service reflect a deep commitment to faith, education, responsible leadership and the welfare of society.

Prof. Fr. Saju M.D., Ph.D. is the Principal and Professor at the Department of Social Work, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous), Cochin, Kerala, and an approved research guide under Mahatma Gandhi University. He is honorary principal fellowship at the University of Melbourne, Australia (2022 to present), and serves as Honorary Professor at the University of Edinburgh (2024–present), UK. He serves as the vice-president of International Consortium of Social Development-(ICSD).With over 20 years of teaching and research experience, Prof. Dr. (Fr.) Saju M.D has more than 50 publications in high-impact journals. He has led multiple funded projects, including as PI of the UKIERI partnership with York University, UK, and PI of the ICSSR IMPRESS and SPARC projects. He also headed the award-winning REaCH project, recognized with the Kerala State e-Governance Special Jury Award (2022).Prof. Dr. (Fr.) Saju M. D serves is the consultant for the Sea Wise Workplace Mental Health Initiative (Cochin Shipyard), SMILES (Federal Bank) and Director of the LIFE–Happiness and Wellbeing Centre. His research spans public health, mental health, disability, suicide, dementia, and social work education. His career reflects a strong commitment to academic leadership, international collaborations, and innovative community - based interventions.

Dr. Binoy Joseph has extensive expertise in the areas of Employee Resourcing, Performance Management, Reward Management and HR Accounting and Auditing and his core research interest lies in HRM Innovations. He has had professional experience in the hospitality industry. He has been a Visiting International Scholar at Western Michigan University, USA, and was also engaged in research on Employee Stock Option Plan and Corporate Performance. He has received his doctoral degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology in the topic "Innovative Human Resource Practices and HR Outcomes in Software Firms. He has received the prestigious AUDI Professorship 2013 Fellowship. He made a presentation in Audi Company in Ingolstadt Germany on 'People Management Challenges for German Managers in India'. He also took a course ' International Human Resource Management' for the students in Catholic University, Ingolstadt, Germany.

An engineering graduate with an MBA, he completed FDP from IIM-A, and ESP from Catholic University Lille, France and completed his doctoral research in Neuromarketing. With more than twenty years of experience in value-based marketing and youth ministry, he has been a visiting international scholar at Padua Italy; Vives University, Belgium; Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany; Western Michigan University, USA; Nazareth College, Maryland, USA; and Pontifical Catholic University, Quito, Ecuador.

A post graduate in Social Work with specialization in medical and psychiatric social work, he holds MPhil in Social Work. He is currently pursuing his doctoral research in the area of psycho-social development of children. He has two years of pastoral work experience in the Archdiocese of Toronto, Canada. He has been a visiting scholar in Vives University, Belgium, Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany and Lille University, France. He has more than nine years of experience in professional social work, academics and administration.

Dr. Rintle Mathew holds a Ph.D. in Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) affiliated to University of Madras, and an MBA from Christ (Deemed to be) University, Bengaluru. His interdisciplinary academic background includes postgraduate studies in Philosophy, undergraduate studies in Theology, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, where he secured First Rank in his programme.

He holds Two Master degrees in philosophy and MBA HR. He has M.Phil in Human resource management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He cleared UGC -NET exam.

Professor Kishore holds a Ph.D from Florida State University and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. Previously, he held academic positions in several leading British universities, including full professorial appointments at the Bradford University School of Management and the Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. He has also served as the Dean of the ASB. His research focus is on consumer knowledge, social networks and retailing. His papers have been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Retailing, Research Policy, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Product Innovation Management, British Journal of Management, Thinking and Reasoning, Journal of Business Research, etc. He is on the editorial boards of Journal of Business Research & Industrial Marketing Management. His research has attracted funding from the British Academy. He has edited special issues of journals, chaired several conference tracks and given keynote/plenary speeches at international conferences. Prior to his academic career, Kishore served in the industry and has been a senior project manager with TNS India and the Market Analyst at Arvind Brands Limited. In 2008, Professor Kishore was awarded the Brand Leadership Award at the Asia Brand Congress 2008, in recognition of contributions to the marketing profession. In 2019, Professor Kishore was awarded the Amity Global Academic Excellence Award, in recognition of contributions to academia.Professor Kishore currently serves a Visiting Professor at the University of Aberdeen Business School, University of Aberdeen, UK. He also serves as a member of the ETS Business School Advisory Council (India), an Advisory Board Member of the Africa-Asia Centre for Sustainability, University of Aberdeen, UK and as an assessor of the Australian Research Council.
