RAJAGIRI SCHOLARSHIP FOR EXCELLENCE (RISE)

DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP

RCSS is committed to creating a coordinated and integrated learning environment that promotes diversity in the campus. Through the Diversity Scholarship, RCSS provides opportunity for meritorious and capable students from all parts of India to pursue quality management education at RCSS. These scholarships range from 25-50% waiver of the tuition fee and recognizes the academic achievement of students.

Eligibility

• The applicant must be a non-Keralite.
• The applicant should fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission to the MA in HRM programme of RCSS as prescribed by the Admissions Office of Rajagiri.
• The applicant should have secured admission for the MA in HRM programme offered by RCSS through the three-phase selection process laid down by the Admissions Office of RCSS.

• Interested candidates should contact our admission office and submit the application for Diversity Scholarship online before the deadline. Please ensure that you check the deadline dates for scholarships on our website.
• The applications would be screened by Rajagiri Scholarship for Excellence Committee of RCSS to select the scholarship recipients.
• The scholarship committee considers academic achievement as demonstrated by grades in the qualifying exam, eligibility test scores and performance in group discussion and personal interview; personal background, which includes but not limited to, educational experience, extracurricular activities, and work experience.
• The decision of the Scholarship Committee would be final and the candidates would be notified.

CAREER AND TALENT SCHOLARSHIP

The Career and Talent Scholarships ensure that talented and highly motivated students have an opportunity to follow their passion, study and graduate from a premier institution. These scholarships, 10 in number, range from 25%-50% waiver of tuition fee and recognizes the meritorious performance of candidates in the Common Admission Test 2025 (CAT 2025) conducted by the Indian Institute of Managements (IIMs). RCSS provides scholarship for eligible candidates who have scored above 80 percentile in the CAT exam 2025.

Principal/Dean’s Scholarship: Students who achieve a 95th percentile or higher in the CAT-2025 exam qualify for this scholarship. It offers a 75% tuition fee waiver, preferential treatment to attend corporate events, and specialized placement training.

Eligibility

• CAT scholarship is open to all candidates:
• The applicant should fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission to the MA in HRM programme of RCSS as prescribed by the Admissions Office of Rajagiri.
• CAT entrance exam score should be within 80 percentiles.
• The applicant should have secured admission for the MA in HRM programme offered by RCSS through the three-phase selection process laid down by the Admissions Office of RCSS.
• Candidates with 95 percentiles or above are eligible for Principal/Dean’s Scholarhsip.
• The applicant should have secured admission for the MA in HRM programme offered by RCSS through the three-stage selection process laid down by the Admissions Office of RCSS.
