Prof. Thomas Thiruthanathy, retired as Associate Professor from the Post- Graduate Department of English, Sacred Heart College, Thevara. He was a faculty member at the Off-Campus, Distance Education PG Programme in English, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, for 20 years. After retirement, he taught at the Department of English, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady. He has also worked as Head of the Department of English at St. Patrick’s Academy, Manjapra, and Vimala Central School, Perumbavoor. He is a trainer and resource person for Capacity Building Programme for teachers, and also an IELTS trainer and language consultant.
