Gokul M. Nair is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience across academia, corporate training, and career strategy. He is currently a Doctoral Research Scholar at Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad. Holding a Postgraduate degree in English Language and Literature, he has built a diverse career that spans over seven years as a Lecturer in English Literature and over a decade as a Corporate Trainer, Career Strategist, and Educational Planner. Certified as a Learning and Development Professional by the Government of Kerala. He has served as an empanelled trainer for the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission and Samagra Siksha Kerala, and worked with prominent organizations such as The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, and Additional Skill Acquisition Programme. Beyond the classroom and corporate sector, Gokul is an active resource person in the domains of theatre and film, conducting workshops and camps for students across the state. His international training in Human Resources from Singapore further enhances his global perspective in professional development and career guidance.
