He is a Post Graduate in the English Language and Literature. He has two years of experience as a Lecturer in English Literature besides seven years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Career Strategist, and Education Planner. He is a Certified Learning and Development Professional by the Government of Kerala, and also an approved Career and Educational Strategist by the Asia Pacific Association for Career Development. He is an active resource person for theatre and films training and camps for students across the state. He has worked with many reputed organisations including, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, Additional Skill Acquisition Programme, Junior Chamber International, World Malayalee Council, and many educational institutions across the state. He has also completed his international training in Human Resources from Singapore.
