Dr. Ebina Justin holds a Ph.D. from the School of Management Studies at CUSAT. With a strong academic foundation, she has made contributions to the scholarly community through the publication of articles in Scopus Q1 and ABDC – A & B rated journals. She also serves as a reviewer for Scopus Q1, ABDC indexed Journals and the Academy of Management conference 2024, showcasing her commitment to maintaining high standards in academic publications. Beyond her research, Dr. Ebina has actively engaged in knowledge dissemination and skill development. She presented a paper on workplace gamification at IIT Madras. Additionally, she has been acting as a resource person in workshops and sessions on gamification at institutions such as The National University of Advanced Legal Studies, CMS College, and Kochi Business School. With a year of teaching experience at Rajagiri College of Management and Applied Science (RCMAS), she has honed her skills in delivering engaging and informative lectures. Dr. Ebina's research areas include Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Gamification, and Organizational Psychology.
