Aishwarya holds M.Phil from IIT Bombay in Planning and Development. She completed M.A in Social Work with specialisation Dalit and Tribal Studies and Action from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai. Aishwarya completed her under-graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Calicut. Her research works focused on higher educational experiences of Dalit students in Kerala. She also worked as a research assistant under a ICSSR Project at NIT Bhopal. She qualified UGC NET in Social Work in the year 2019. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor in the department of social work Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.
