Office of Examinations (RCSS) was established in the year 2014 as a statutory body constituted in accordance with the UGC guidelines for autonomous colleges. The department is headed by the Controller of Examinations (CoE), reporting to the Principal and is assisted by various officials in the department. The prime responsibility of the Office of Examinations is to plan and conduct all examinations in a fair, transparent and systematic manner as per the Examinations Calendar prepared at the beginning of each academic year.
The examination procedures are in accordance with the guidelines given in the approved Examination Manual and also conforming to the guidelines provided by MG University and UGC from time to time. The office is a fully automated facility with necessary infrastructure for generating question papers, conducting evaluation work, consolidation of results and printing of mark lists and other relevant confidential documents.
The office gives the highest priority to the efficient and effective execution of examination policy for the benefit of the entire student community. All genuine requests of students with regard to examinations are promptly attended to and resolved on a continuous basis.
