The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is organizing the second edition of GROW (Get Ready for Opportunities at Workplace) 2024, a comprehensive five-day faculty development program tailored for the RCSS Kalamassery campus scheduled from May 27 to May 31, 2024. This initiative aims to empower faculty members with the requisite skills and knowledge to excel in their academic roles.
The inaugural day of the program will be dedicated exclusively to the formulation of course plans within each department. This strategic allocation of time ensures that faculty members commence the program with a clear roadmap, thus optimizing subsequent sessions.
Over the ensuing four days, a series covering a wide range of topics related to learning and teaching. The faculty members will derive valuable insights from these workshops as they endeavour to enhance their pedagogical practices for the upcoming academic year.
